HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

Please select the product that you'd like to order.

Step 2

Choose the size and materials of the product from the drop-down list. (If you select "Digital File", it will be a digital product. No physical posters will be sent)

Step 3

Let us know any custom text that you would like to include in the art. The font list is the last image in each product listing. Eg. name of your pet, the family's name, couples' names and wedding date or anniversary date etc.

Step 4

Upload your photos (you can send up to 3 photos). Jpegs and PNGs are the acceptable and preferred file formats.

Next, click on Add to Cart.

Step 5

Review all information. Once all information is correct. You may proceed to checkout. Payment is via PayPal. 

You will receive an email confirmation/notification of your purchase once payment is approved. 
(Please check the spam folder or the Promotions tab in your Gmail).

A draft/proof will be sent to your email within 2-3 business days if requested to see the preview. The draft/proof will be sent to the email that you have placed the order with.

If you request a preview your approval is required before we can proceed to the manufacturing stage and on to shipping. 
Please note that the timeline is dependent on the time of your approval and response as well. 

Our products/illustrations are created with mixed media and mainly finished digitally using Wacom. It is considered a digital illustration that will be printed on the media of your choice.
